On-line registration form with all options and visa information is open from November 1, 2015 till April 20, 2016.

Registration fees
The registration fee covers participation in the meeting, conference package,
coffee breaks and lunches during the meeting, and free participation in the Welcome Party and the Conference dinner. Accompanying person fee covers free participation
in the Welcome Party and the Conference dinner. The option of accompanying person will be displayed on the participant's On-line registration form.

From the legal reasons we have to charge the registration fee in the local currency - the Czech Crown (CZK). All the conference-related payments will be therefore realised in CZKs.
Therefore, the authoritative values are those in CZK, the last column in EUR is
approximate and serves just for quick orientation (however, see exception for
the SEPA payments below).
The fee should be paid on-line (wired transfer or credit/debit card - see below) no later than on March 1, 2016
in the case of Early Bird Fee or on April 20, 2016 in the case of Regular Fee (see Table above).
The third (however not preferred) possibility is to pay an increased Meeting registration fee (see Table above)
in CZK cash on site at the meeting registration desk in České Budějovice.

Payment

These forms will be active from November 1, 2015.
1. Bank transfer
Bank transfer is a cheap and easy way for payment from the countries of
SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area - basically EU members + 4 other states). When using the SEPA
payment, the participants may pay in EUR and transfer just the
conference fee, the transfer charges for us as the recipients is almost negligible.
On the other hand, in non-SEPA payments participants must pay in CZK and carry all the
transfer charges along with the conference fee. Hence, non-European participants will probably
prefer the credit/debit card payment.
If you choose bank transfer (preferred way for participants from European SEPA
countries) as your way of payment, please fill the following

Lunches
There are no restaurants/pubs near to the meeting venue.
Therefore, there will be a possibility for lunches in all of three restaurants in the Menza building located in the University Campus close the Faculty of Science: (1) University Canteen (see figures above), (2) pizzeria Picerie, and (3) Minutes restaurant
(with quick meals, for example, grilled meat with fries).
It will be fully sufficient to use the RadioSun-5 participant's badge to have a lunch in these restaurants. All of the meals in the Picerie and Minutes restaurant are available without previous orders. There is an offer of 2-3 different lunch meals daily without previous orders in the University Canteen.
(Note: There are no possibility to make a payment in a cash or by another credit card than by a specific University card in the entire Menza. RadioSun-5 participants can use their badge instead of this University card. Each participant can select one lunch daily in one of the Menza restaurants.
