Provided that you filled in all the obligatory fields you can now preview your conference badge (this is not the actual registration yet!). Depending on your browser settings the badge preview will appear either in a new window or browser-tab, or as a downloaded PDF file.

Please, check your badge prior continuing registration. Namely, have a look whether the text does not overflow the box (if so, shorten the appropriate input field, usually the institution name) and check for possible duplicity of city/country (e.g., because contained already in the inst. name) at the badge. If you are satisfied, please continue with registration, otherwise change the input fields. Hint: If you are not able to get accented letters in the correct form, try to insert them using LaTeX style format.

2. Visa

Please, check the list of visa-regime countries whether you need a visa for visiting the Czech Republic. If so, tick, please, the checkbox below and we will send you an invitation letter facilitating your visa application (general info on visa application you can find at the web of Ministry of Foreign Affairs). The Czech Republic is a member state of the Schengen system. Hence, if you have a valid visa for any of the other member state of the system you are authorized for stay in Czechia as well.

3. Accommodation

A limited number of beds is pre-booked at the student dormitory. This simple and cheep accommodation option is intended primarily for students and early-stage (ES) researchers. Booking will be done on first-comes-first-served basis. Senior researchers are advised rather to book the hotel in the city. See details at accommodation page.
