Two of the phosphor-bronze bands used for charging the slit batteries on the dome were out of service—one had been previously removed, and the other was snapped. We replaced them with two new sheets, and four additional spare sheets have been stored in the cabinet located in the air-conditioned room adjacent to the control room.
Noticeable degradation of the reflective layer of the secondary mirror. Mostly near the metal brackets holding the mirror.

One of the dome barcode strip started to peel off. Fixed with a double-sided tape.
A potential new oil leak was identified in the mount pillar. An oil puddle was observed in the far-left corner of the left chamber. The suspected source of the leak, an unsealed bolt, is located in the far-right top corner of the same chamber.
The open-slit contact S47 is far from activating while the other one (S27) is already activated. The rubber seal on the slit is disintegrating. New batteries in the slit cabinet on the dome.
