The photoelectric observations of the emission-line interactive binary CX Dra collected from 1964 to 2000 have been analysed. The star shows the light variations on at least three time scales: the small amplitude orbital phase-locked changes, the cyclic 100 to 200 days medium-term variations and the long-term changes up to 5000 days. It is confirmed that the small amplitude light variations are strictly modulated with the orbital period of 6.695957 days. The possible influence of the circumstellar environment on the light variations on the medium- and long-term time scales has been discussed.
